Introverted - so many ideas, so little time
Creative people, introverts and extroverts are generally similar idea generators. It's funny, is stimulating and motivating to a wealth of ideas and projects. But the resilience may be lacking at times, and then the inspiration turns into frustration. Here are some tips (with my introverted perspective):
Q: I belong to a referendum, an introvert for the most part. I am "burning" to an interior piece. But with so many ideas that I can not donothing. So I literally blocked. So I would like some advice.
A. You are not alone. People write whole books about this dilemma, I will not say I would be solved with a few paragraphs. But I can put you in the right direction and maybe get you moving, even if only a small step.
First, clear exactly how to do. For example, you have trouble choosing one idea (that does not meanSelection of others) or who have difficulty deciding what you do first? You know, you do not have enough time for all to follow? Or maybe not enough money for everyone? If you try to do everything at once, and swept away with it? And good old indecision? In other words, what prevents you doing?
Know your needs and values? This is a first step I have all my clients. In the election, I present to you theThings that suits you. Then they met your needs, choose actions more closely aligned with your values.
Get your ideas out of my head! One of my clients (and myself) have benefited from the creation of brilliant ideas notebook. It's just a notebook (preferably with a cover that is inspired by jazz), where all ideas of things you want to write, "finally." This gives no idea forgotten. It is possible in every idea that the time allowed to act. Ocan decide how my client has discovered that some of these ideas have been replaced by better ideas, or there is not enough time to do it in a lifetime - but a few things in the notebook brilliant ideas will never acted. Okay - it's your choice. Once your ideas to save the head and in a safe place (in your notebook) you can stop worrying about what you have not already. This, believe it or not, free to act in order, if you are good andready.
Make it OK to experiment and change your mind. Maybe you have a lot of things I want to do because you're curious. Want to try something - and if you do not like the following to get things moving. They are afraid that if you do, people call fluffy. Now she says that I (not curious, carcinoma). That's where I begin to sound like a broken record - it should not be allowed to change his mind. You could be stuck because you tellyou, do what you want, you're set.
As introverted, things to discuss, go ahead and enjoy the process of thought. As one of the commentators on the blog reminded me, makes for some introverted (INFP example) create the possibility of fun and a decision that ends the fun. Consider the possibility of having many ideas, because they like new ideas, and maybe were not all intended to be acted.
